NUTRICOM Consultancy participated actively in a number of projects of the Nutrition Consultants Cooperative (NCC).
1. Healthy ageing
NUTRICOM Consultancy participated in an NCC project for an industrial client delivering a strategic top-line overview of the role of
dietary lipids in healthy ageing.
- Innovative health drinks
For a start up company NCC developed a science-based approach to produce and market health delivering drinks. In its contribution to this innovative project NUTRICOM Consultancy focussed on immunological resistance.
- Research infrastructure
NCC supported Wageningen Universiteit by delivering a science-based reasoning for establishing a European Food, Nutrition and Health Research Infrastructure. NUTRICOM Consultancy contributed in developing scientific background information on upcoming nutritional issues, e.g. protein transition and personalised nutrition.

Nutricom Consultancy was invited to give its vision on future challenges for food innovation during the RTL masterclass at Nijenrode Business University. Key drivers and ingredients for the food industry were presented.
